A new offering based on Atma Vichara - the yogic practice of discovering your true nature
Over the past six months I have enjoyed developing a writing practice which began when I was strongly encouraged to begin journalling by Karen Walrond. Initially hesitant, I now have a notebook full of scribbles never far to hand. I have found the practice remarkably powerful in brining to light things bubbling just beneath the surface - and I trust you will too.
The Sunday Unwinding Club - four week course
Join me over Zoom for a four week course - £25 (total price for all four sessions)
We’ll gather together for four consecutive Sundays commencing 18th February from 7:45pm - 8:30pm plus a BONUS invitation to join our radiating heart sessions straight afterwards from 8:30pm - 8:45pm
A nourishing mix of yoga and self-inquiry based journaling designed to cultivate awareness and spark change, delivered in four 45 minute sessions over four weeks. With a joyful, light hearted and supportive approach, start the journey of unravelling the essence of who you are beyond societal roles, expectations and conditioned responses. As well as unwinding physically through a gentle yoga practice, we’ll engage in journaling prompts and meditations to gain insight into our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and motivations.

Foster kindness and understanding in an act of self compassion as you begin to understand you are not defined by your mistakes or setbacks.
FAQs
Can I join as a complete beginner to yoga? Yes! All of our yoga will be floor based gentle movements suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.
What if I can’t make one of the sessions? Sessions will be recorded which means if you can’t make it for any reason, I’ll send you the practice video and journalling prompts to do in your own time.
How do I find the zoom link?
A reminder email will be sent out containing the zoom link on every Friday evening before the Sunday session.
Do I need to have my camera on with Zoom?
Choose whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Whilst it is wonderful and connecting for me to see your face at the beginning, I understand that you might feel more comfortable during your yoga and writing practice by creating more privacy and switching off your camera.
Do I need to bring anything?
Journal and a pen.
Find a comfy padded space to practice, whether that’s a yoga mat, folded blanket or carpet.
Soft support - cushions, folded blankets and a bolster may be useful. If you don’t have a bolster you can use a sofa cushion, or try stuffing two pillows into one pillow case.
Make a ritual of it by lighting a candle, sipping a warm drink or perhaps using a diffuser for some aromatherapy.
