Yoga Classes Start Next Week
Join me for an in person yoga class, sign up for our Sunday brunch club, and make the most of an opportunity for a dose of vitamin sea!
Hello dear folk,
I’ve been back in the UK for one week now - although I feel like I’m in this weird time warp where I may have never left at all! It was pointed out to me on about day three of my return - once I’d exploded the contents of my suitcases onto the floor and decided I needed to rearrange two rooms before unpacking - that perhaps I didn’t need to do ALL of the things in week one … 🤪
Join a yoga class
The big news is that I'm very excited to share that I’ll be offering in person yoga classes from next week.
Classes will run (for now) on a Monday and Wednesday evening at The Barn. We’ll be practicing in an open plan multipurpose space in the main house which I’m trusting, although unusual, will work for us. And if the weather permits, and no one is afraid of heights - we might even test out the roof deck!
Choose to sign up to a discounted 6 class pass, or the regular ‘pay as you go’ drop-in option. If you opt for a class pass, you can mix and match between any of the classes on offer.
Please note: Class schedules will be somewhat more flexible than they used to be as I will be working around Sarah’s offerings through Wildling Studio - this means you can expect the occasional week where yoga will be moved to a different time or day.
Sunday Brunch Club
This Sunday marks the first walk and Sunday Brunch Club for Heartlands and Wild Edges. I’m very much looking forward to seeing those of you that have signed up! There’s still room for a couple more folk if you’d like to join us.
Now back to menu planning for this Sunday! I’ve had some help picking elderflowers with a little assistant - so I’m off to look for some elderflower inspired recipes.
